Homemade handmade pierogi – ANKA pierogi

Today we have prepared something special for you! Roasted goose legs with rosemary and ANKA potato dumplings. Sounds delicious, right?😋

📝 Ingredients:

A pack of ANKA potato dumplings

4 goose legs

2 glasses of white wine

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons of honey

Spices: 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon each of hot and sweet paprika, 4 sprigs of rosemary

🥣 Preparation:

Wash the thighs, dry them, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Boil the marinade ingredients in a pot: wine, olive oil, honey with cinnamon, paprika and rosemary. Cool the marinade and mix with the thighs. Leave in the fridge overnight.

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Place the thighs skin side down in a baking dish with a lid, and add the entire marinade. Cover and bake for 2 hours, then flip and bake for another 2 hours. In the meantime, cook the ANKA potato dumplings.

Serve with any toppings. Enjoy!😋
