In accordance with Article 13 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you about how we process your personal data.

The User may voluntarily provide their personal data required in the contact form. The data provided in the form (with the User’s consent) are processed by the Administrator in accordance with this Privacy Policy in order to respond to the submitted inquiry.

The administrator of personal data is  the COMPANY “ANKA”  Agnieszka Ryszkowska Spółka Komandytowa

The User has the right to access the content of his or her data and the possibility of correcting, rectifying and requesting the limitation or cessation of their processing.

  2. Your personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the necessity of processing for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller;
  3. The legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator consist in the performance of obligations arising from concluded agreements and contracts, as well as in offering products and services to customers;
  4. Your personal data is processed manually and automatically, ensuring full protection against unauthorized access by third parties;
  5. The Administrator processes your personal data without obtaining consent to the extent that they are made available through publicly available sources, i.e., among others, from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) or the Central Registration and Information on Business (CeiDG);
  6. Your data will not be made available to entities other than those authorized under the law;
  7. Your data will not be transferred to any international organizations or institutions;
  8. The Administrator makes every effort to provide the stored personal data with physical, technical and organisational means of protection against their accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • request from the Administrator access to your personal data,
  • request that the Administrator rectify your personal data,
  • request that the Administrator delete your personal data,
  • request that the Administrator restrict the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, which does not render ineffective or unlawful the processing of such data before the withdrawal of consent,
  • transfer of your personal data,
  • lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The above rights can be exercised in the manner specified above in points 1 and 2.

 

Cookie Policy

  1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except information contained in cookies.

  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

  2. Limitations on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities (e.g. displaying Google Maps) available on the Service’s websites.

    The legal basis for processing personal data in this context is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the management of cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.

    The provision of your personal data is not contractually required or necessary for the conclusion of the contract. You are not obliged to provide personal data. If you do not provide personal data, we will not be able to manage your consents.
