Dumplings stuffed with meat 300 g

Ingredients

Dough: wheat flour (60% in dough), water, sunflower oil (1% in dough)

Filling (30%): pork (42% in filling), beef (42% in filling), soy protein, fried onion: (onion, sunflower oil 0.5% in filling), spices, salt

Information

We use meat from Polish farms to produce our products.

All our products are made using water from our own source.

How to prepare 1 package:

After removing from the package, place the frozen dumplings in 1.5 liters of boiling, salted water (1/2 flat teaspoon of salt), bring to a boil and from that point cook for about 3 minutes. Then carefully pour into a strainer and rinse gently with cold water.

They taste best served warm, with borscht or broth.
