Dough: wheat flour (60% in dough), water, sunflower oil (1% in dough)

Filling (30%): (spinach (94% in the filling), fried onion: (onion, sunflower oil 0.5% in the filling), spices, salt

How to prepare 1 package:

After removing from the package, place the frozen dumplings in 2.5 liters of boiling, lightly salted water (1/2 flat teaspoon of salt), bring to a boil and from that point cook for about 5 minutes. Then carefully pour into a strainer and rinse gently with cold water.            

They taste best when served warm and topped with browned garlic butter.
