Pierogi stuffed with meat made of wheat dough with pork and beef filling

Ingredients

Dough: wheat flour (60% in the dough), water, sunflower oil (1% in the dough).

Filling (30%): pork (42% in filling), beef (42% in filling), soy protein, fried onion: (onion, sunflower oil 0.5% in filling), spices, salt

Information

We use meat from Polish farms to produce our products.

The product may contain soy.

All our products are made using water from our own source.

How to prepare 1 package:

After removing from the package, place the frozen pierogi in 2.5 liters of boiling, salted water (1/2 flat teaspoon of salt), bring to a boil and from that point cook for about 5 minutes. Then carefully pour into a strainer and rinse gently with cold water.

They taste best served warm, topped with onions fried in butter.
