Ingredients

Dough: ( wheat flour 60% in the dough, water, sunflower oil (1% in the dough).

Filling (30%): sauerkraut (76% in the filling), mushrooms (17% in the filling), fried onion: (onion, sunflower oil 0.5% in the filling), spices, salt

Preparation method for 1 package:
After removing from the package, place the frozen dumplings in 2.5 liters of boiling, salted water (1/2 flat teaspoon of salt), bring to a boil and from that point cook for about 5 minutes. Then carefully pour into a strainer and rinse gently with cold water.

They taste best served warm, topped with onions fried in butter.
