Ingredients
Nature is the most important
Our dumplings are free from artificial preservatives because our priority is naturalness and the health of our customers

Potatoes
Potatoes used in the production of our products, such as pierogi ruskie, kluski śląskie, kopytka, pyzy or kluseczki lazne, come from crops where ecology is the highest priority at every stage of growth of these agricultural crops

White cheese
Due to the great importance we attach to the quality of our products, we only work with dairy plants that meet our high standards for the quality of dairy products, including cottage cheese. This is why pierogi ruskie, pierogi z serem and kluseczki lazne are so popular among our customers.

Meat
In our products, we use meat from small farmers from the Beskid Wyspowy region, who take care of traditional methods of animal breeding. These farming enthusiasts focus on grazing animals on large meadows and feeding them natural products from their own crops. Thanks to this, we can provide you with high quality meat that we use to produce our products.

Cabbage
Cabbage has always been and still is one of the basic ingredients of Polish dishes, which is why it could not be missing from our products. The cabbage we use comes from farms located in the Małopolska Upland, where the fertile soil is perfectly suited to this type of crop.

Cereal
Thanks to the use of the highest quality wheat flour, produced from carefully selected cereal grains, the dough in our dumplings is soft and delicate, providing a real delight for the palate.

Fruit
We are one of the few companies in Poland that manufacture their products using traditional methods. This is why we can use whole pieces of fruit in our products, such as blueberries or strawberries. The blueberries in our dumplings come from the forests of the Beskid Wyspowy and Gorce mountains, and are among the tastiest berries in Europe. During the harvest season, we buy them from local residents and freeze them, creating supplies for the entire year. The strawberries added to our dumplings are the Honeoye and Senga Sengana varieties, which come exclusively from Polish plantations. This is worth emphasizing, because some producers use cheaper, Chinese strawberries, which are far from our domestic ones in terms of quality.

Mushrooms
We all certainly remember the traditional Christmas cuisine of our grandmothers and mothers, where the Christmas Eve table could not be complete without uszka with mushrooms or pierogi with cabbage and mushrooms. Thanks to our efforts, we have the pleasure of offering these dishes in their best form all year round, using only Polish mushrooms, most of which are brown bay boletes collected in the forests of Podhale and Bieszczady. Before reaching our warehouse, the mushrooms are inspected by certified mushroom experts, which assures us and you of the safety of the mushrooms we use.
