No idea for dinner? How about some honey-marinated duck served with potato dumplings ? Something delicious!
Ingredients:
ANKA Potato dumplings
4 duck breasts
4 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Seasoning: ½ teaspoon each of rosemary and thyme, salt and pepper to taste
4 tablespoons cherry jam
Preparation:
We wash the duck breasts and score the skin in diamond shapes. In a bowl, we mix the oil, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and spices and rub them into the meat. We leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
After this time, fry the duck. On the skin side until lightly browned, then on the meat side for about 2-3 minutes. Transfer the fried breasts to an ovenproof dish, pour in the remaining marinade and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Serve with cherry jam and any additions!
