ANKA Silesian dumplings baked with gorgonzola sauce !
Ingredients:
Silesian dumplings ANKA
70 g gorgonzola cheese
60 g creamy cream cheese
200 g cream (12% or 18%)
⅓ cup grated cheese (parmesan or cheddar)
4 tablespoons walnuts
Spices: pepper, oregano.
Preparation:
Boil the Silesian ANKA dumplings. At the same time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a medium baking dish with olive oil and, with oiled hands, arrange the dumplings in the dish. Put the sliced gorgonzola cheese and cream cheese in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. When the cheese melts, remove the sauce from the heat and mix it with the cream. Pour the sauce over the dumplings, sprinkle with pepper, oregano, chopped walnuts and grated cheese. Place in the oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, until the sauce melts again and the top is browned.
